Allgemeines

Konvertiert WLDGE-Dateien (Workdatei Liegenschaftsbuch Daten-Gewinnung mit Entschlüsselungen)
in SQL-Statements, wahlweise MySQL oder PostgreSQL zum

• Anlegen eines Grunddatenbestandes
• Fortführung des Grunddatenbestandes

des ALB (Automatisiertes Liegenschafts Buch).

Die SQL-Statements können

• in eine Log-Datei geschrieben und später für eine Datenbank verwendet werden
• an eine Datenbank zur sofortigen Ausführung gesannt werden.
• beides gleichzeitig.

Desweiteren ist mit der Verison 1.3.0 die Ausgabe der ALB-Daten in Formularen 30 und 35 der Katasterverwaltungen im PDF-Format möglich.

Die Software wird über das Projekt wldge2sql in Sorceforge bereitgestellt.


Abstract
wldge2sql is a converter for the purpose of translating the German text file format WLDGE to SQL statements. The WLDGE standard for ALB (Automatisiertes Liegenschafts Buch) is specified from German cadastral authorities to exchange and update cadastral land owner information. This information can be stored and updated in a database and used with a wider range of OpenSource GIS applications, especially UMN-MapServer. ALB information so therefore be connected with the spatial component of the cadastral information from the ALK (Automatisierte Liegenschaftskarte), which is converted using the EDBS2WKT tool, also hosted on SourceForge. The software is writen in PHP and can be used to update an OS-independent server-side MySQL or PostgreSQL database with a WLDGE file uploaded via Internet (TCP/IP) with any browser.
